Your waitlist information

We store your email address in our Supabase CRM database to manage the Osellis waitlist. We send an email to verify your address, which activates your early-access registration. We prepare your sign-in account and contact you when the product is ready. At launch you only need to sign in securely; no second activation is needed.

The early-access questions are optional. As you answer them, we save your answers on our servers against a private, random session cookie so you can continue and so we understand what you sell and what would help your business. The answers are about your business; we do not ask for your name. If you never join the waitlist, the answers stay anonymous (no email attached) and are deleted after 90 days. If you join and verify your email, we attach the answers to your registration and keep them with it. Leaving the questions unanswered does not affect your place on the waitlist.

Registration does not subscribe you to a newsletter, permit advertising measurement, or open product access before launch. We use Resend to deliver verification emails and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated abuse.

Optional cookies and ad measurement

If you accept, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure visits to this page, the steps people complete in the early-access questionnaire, booking-link clicks and first verified signups, to attribute them to our ads and to improve campaign delivery. Google and Meta receive your IP address, browser and device information, page location, cookie identifiers and, when available, an ad click identifier. Events carry only an opaque event identifier and the question number, never your answers. For a small set of events (a completed questionnaire, a booking-link click, a signup request and a first verified signup) our server also sends Meta the event, your browser’s user agent and IP address and Meta’s browser cookie identifiers through Meta’s Conversions API, so Meta can match and de-duplicate it. We do not send your email, verification link or answers to Google or Meta, and do not enable advanced matching, Google signals or automatic form events.

Measurement is optional and off until you accept. You can decline or withdraw through “Cookie preferences” on the waitlist. We remember this choice in your browser, and in a first-party cookie that tells our server to respect it, for up to 180 days. Withdrawal stops future events; it does not remove events already received by Google or Meta. See Google’s privacy policy, Meta’s privacy policy and cookie policy. Required signup cookies and verification emails are separate from advertising consent. Declining does not affect your place on the waitlist.
